What's the point behind living ??

... one thing is for certain, not so far from now... we'll all find our places inside a six feet box, six feet below... so till then, we eat to live and live to eat... just go about stuff which others have put forth to us so that we are social and civil in this so contructed civilised world... other than that...life is just a waste of time, energy and a lot of other stuff.... it all end's six feet below... that's for sure... nothing else is!!.... so make the most of everything... you don't know ... how long you will take to reach there.... and maybe.. if we knew.. we would give a bit more meaning to the life that we have been blessed with... even try to make the most of it... you do it for a few days... and then, all the way back to being material in this materialistic world.... what the heck for... aaahhh.... GOD KNOWS....

SOMETHING TO THINK

If your one of those many people who are not restless or could manage to sit in a place for sometime or could stay without doing anything, your not being yourself. You force yourself to do nothing or your are restricting your movements because naturally no one sits idle. Consider a baby or a small child, do they stand still anytime. I guess not, you might find it annoying but they are not restricting their movement. It's when you learn and be socialised that you learn to restrict your movements. Something to think about huh !!

Chapter 3 : Love

Love is no more than a word that people lie to get their partners. I wonder if they even know what love is. Now I guess people would be wondering what experience I have in this field. All I can say is that love is not something that is attained after a certain age. Love is all around. But people who think that love is a one to one correspondence that happens with only one person would find it hard to understand. If you consider love and like to be two different affections, I’d say you’re wrong because like is just a certain level of love, less than the maximum and hate being the absence of love [some of you are wondering where you’ve heard something like this before]. I think this is what I’m trying to convey, once you remove love as that defined expression to a singular person, you’ll know what love really is. Love is something that you have with anyone and everyone. It varies from person to person but it still is love. If you can’t get this into you’re head then I recommend you either stop reading this article or you’re just wasting everybody’s time for a temporary attainment of self satisfaction. Learn to love everyone; i.e. don’t have an absence of love to anyone. Loving two people the same is impossible; like serving two masters. Suddenly you are in a cobweb of relations, a lot of love. People lost in love just break 100 relations just to be in 1. Where is the sense in that? .....

It’s a beautiful world. PART 1

I don’t know what you are thinking after reading the title as I said in my first chapter you might take it as you view it. Some might find it true and honest while others might be intrigued as to why I’m being so ironic.

It is a beautiful world; we just don’t stop to see what we’re missing out. We’re all so busy about our lives and activities, be it school or work that we tend to get no time for anything else. Life has become so routine and robotic. The only fun you have is when you have one of those many seasonal breaks, but then too you are tired, that you want to take rest. Life’s beauty sometimes lies in the smallest of things. When was the last time you watched the sunrise or sunset, the clouds in the sky, the stars at night, a dew drop on a leaf, just to name a few. It is a beautiful world; we just fail to see that it’s all about the world around you, nature just a part of it. Family, friends, and all those other important people embedded into your life to make it more meaningful. Just think of the good times you’ve had, I’m sure there are many but we are often over shadowed by the gloom in our life that we fail to appreciate the smiles that were there in our life. What’s gone is gone. The future is in our hands today, there is still time to change but it’s not going to happen for you, you need to put in an effort.

Chapter 2 : Choice

But life’s questions are not reduced to a mere question of right and wrong. Life gives more choices, which makes it even harder to figure things out. Unless you are one of those people who always come up with a single solution for all problems, it’s easier then, isn’t it? Like thinking is just a waste of time. At times I think that thinking can be a waste of time as it is thinking that gives you a number of solutions for a particular problem such that a new problem arises as to which solution to choose since all choices seem to have their pro’s and con’s.

Life is all about the choices we make and our response to a certain situation. Constantly we are compelled to make choices for our actions. Sometimes we might do fine, but sometimes we fail to see the consequences of some of our actions, and regret them later. Life would have been a lot easier if the questions were like those on shows like KAUN BANEGA COREPATI, having a definite answer, but life’s a hard game. Help comes in the form of family, friends etc. but some questions have you rooted without an answer?

So is God playing a game with you? I’ve learned or am still learning the fact that everything happens for a reason; I know you must be saying YEAH, RIGHT! As strange and idiotic as it might sound, it actually is. We might not be destined to know all the reasons then and there itself but life is an intricate storyline and as you pass more lines of it’s script you find meaning to those questions that have always remained unanswered. And please note that I said meaning to the questions, not definite answers. In this life you’re on a need to know basis, so you only know when you need to know.

It’s as if life is a little game you play. You only know where you started and where you will end and the rest depends on the choice you take and your choices more or less depends on who you are as a person, or what you are as a person.
